U.S. News & World Report Names RyanLaw As a U.S. and Orlando Florida “Best Law Firm” for Litigation- Environmental
November 1, 2001 – U.S. News Media Group and Best Lawyers®, publisher of the international business news magazine U.S. News and World Report, in its just-released annual ranking of U.S. law firms, has awarded RyanLaw its coveted “First-Tier” ranking as one of its 41 highest-ranked Litigation-Environmental law firms in the United States.
RyanLaw was one of only two law firms in Orlando, nine firms with offices located in Florida, and Forty one law firms nationally to receive First-Tier rankings for Litigation-Environmental. RyanLaw was awarded a First-Tier ranking on both the National and Orlando Metropolitan lists. The U.S. News – Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms” rankings provide a view of the U.S. legal profession that is unprecedented both in the range of firms represented and in the range of qualitative and quantitative data used to develop the rankings. The rigorous evaluation process included the collection of client and attorney evaluations, including peer review from leading attorneys in their practice area. The rankings incorporated nearly 4 million evaluations collected by Best Lawyers in its most recent annual survey. All of the quantitative and qualitative data was combined into an overall “Best Law Firms” score for each firm. This data was then compared to other law firms within the same metropolitan area and at the national level.
