Jennifer Ford Knopf is “Of Counsel” with Ryan Law. With more than 9 years experience, most of which with a large, national law firm in the firm’s Litigation Section and as an associate in the Labor and Employment law group, Ms. Knopf has extensive experience in a variety of employment and commercial litigation matters.
Nature of Legal Practice
Ms. Knopf represents national and multi-site clients in defense of in-house hiring, firing, disciplinary, termination, and employee conflict situations and internal investigations. She has responded to and defended clients against employee EEOC and FCHR claims. She has counseled clients on compliance with various federal and state employment laws, and defended employers in lawsuits involving discrimination and harassment claims. Her experience includes review and negotiation of employment contracts. She has represented clients in general litigation and appellate matters, including preparation of pleadings and motions, arguing motions and defending clients at trial.
